The Youth Leadership Program is a 4-week program which provides an opportunity for young people to connect with mentors and engage with a range of activities and cultural connection opportunities, along with meeting other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people.

At the end of the 4-week program, 8 people who have engaged in the program will be selected as the Geelong team travelling to the Dungulayin Mileka Massive Murray Paddle program for a week in November.
