Our Morgan Street site is currently CLOSED as we prepare for our redevelopment project.
Our Health Services, including Paediatrician, GP and Social & Emotional Wellbeing services are currently being provided at our Geelong West site.
Koorie Maternity Services (KMS) and Maternal Child Health (MCH) appointments are currently operating out of the Karroong Kanyool Youth Hub.
Our Family Services staff work out of the Federal Mills precinct.
The Karroong Kanyool Youth Hub is located at 20A Forster Street, Norlane.
The Homelesss Entry Point team are now working out of Level 1, 8 Station Street, Norlane.
GP services are being provided once per week in Colac with appointments located at Headspace Colac (15/17 Hart Street, Colac)
