Set wellness and recovery goals

Access resources to support progress

Access services within and outside of Wathaurong to address additional issues impacting on Wellness and Recovery success

How to access:
The first step of asking for help is always the hardest! Our Social & Emotional Wellbeing services are provided by referral from our Wathaurong Health team. Ask your Doctor for a referral today! Call (03) 5277 0044 to make an appointment with a GP to get a referral.

How does it work:
SEEKING SUPPORT

Client has difficulty functioning with everyday life or at risk. Seeking support for change.
Stabilisation
Image
No longer at risk, beginning to identify where and how issues have arisen. May still need help to identify best choices for mental wellbeing, less reliant on workers for solutions.
Self Efficacy
Image
Feeling of confidence in decision making. Able to identify positive forces in life, able to identify self-protective behaviours.
