The Role

The Senior Payroll Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of the entire payroll process. This involves managing the end-to-end payroll function to guarantee that the fortnightly payroll cycle is completed accurately and on schedule. The Senior Payroll Officer ensures that all payroll operations are conducted efficiently and in compliance with relevant legislation and organizational standards. Additionally, this role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of employee data, ensuring it is up-to-date and managed according to both legal requirements and internal policies. The Senior Payroll Officer also acts as a key point of contact for resolving any payroll related issues, providing support and solutions while maintaining strong adherence to compliance standards with both internal and external stakeholder.
