The Role

This position is primarily responsible for providing leadership, supervision and support on daily operations to a team of family violence and justice case managers/ practitioners. The role supports the delivery of consistent and high-quality services to Community Member’s; and is responsible for upholding and evolving a positive team culture with outstanding professional skills. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing tasks such as intake, advocacy, care plans, referrals, risk assessment, and safety planning. The role also involves data management, reporting, professional supervision, supporting staff development, and occasional case management and outreach visits. Additionally, the Team Leader will build relationships with key stakeholders and represent Wathaurong in the Family Violence and Justice sectors through network and committee meetings.
