The Wathaurong Medical Van is a mobile primary health service designed to improve access to culturally safe healthcare for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members across our region. The van provides a welcoming, accessible space where community can see a GP and engage with a range of health supports without needing to travel to the main clinic.

Services available through the Medical Van include:

• GP consultations
• Health assessments and check-ups
• Chronic disease management
• Preventative health support
• Referrals to other Wathaurong Health services where needed

The Medical Van operates regularly at key community locations, making it easier for families and individuals to stay connected to their health care. Appointments are encouraged to ensure timely care.
