A2B’s Indigenous Apprenticeship and Traineeship program endeavours to drive positive long-term relationships and deliver employment and education services that create ongoing opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to become involved in life changing experiences and long term careers.

Our team will provide a listening ear, guidance, and support for familial, cultural and workplace issues. The ongoing support will help an apprentice navigate life’s challenges and develop great habits and improved confidence. This also creates a channel for communication between employee and employer. This results in higher retention of our employees.
