The Role

Balert Gerrbik supports families with providing a strong foundation for their children’s early learning and development through high-quality, culturally safe, evidence-based parenting support and programs.

Family Educators work alongside parents and caregivers in nurturing the skills and confidence needed to guide their children’s early learning and development. The initiative empowers parents and caregivers by expanding their knowledge and skills, helping them create nurturing environments where children can learn.

Families lead the way in every aspect of the program. They choose how and where they participate, and they set the goals that matter most to them. Family Educators are guided by the family’s priorities, values, and aspirations – ensuring that support is meaningful, culturally safe, and aligned with each family’s individual journey.
